Android.caotic claims that the JellyBean update is finally made available for the LG Optimus 4X HD, L7, and L9 in the first half of 2013. If the JellyBean update is available on other smartphones still remains unknown.

The LG Optimus 4X HD is the world’s third smartphone with quad-core processor after the HTC One X and the Samsung Galaxy s lll and the fourth phone in the Optimus-Android series. The device originally runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich while the L7 and L9 run on Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3 and 4.04 respectively.
Although the LG Optimus 4X HD doesn’t have the best punctuality- only arriving on the market several months after its closest rivals the Samsung Galaxy S3 and HTC One X but, its safe to say that the device will be ready this year.
LG made the Nexus 4 which launched the JellyBean OS and sported a significantly cheaper price tag than 4X HD when it launched.
we’re in March and the update is still nowhere to be seen (i have an LG L7).
